Our CAFE
We opened Coffee Plant Roaster in the summer of 2013. Our vision began with the desire to serve Eugene with the freshest coffee using beans from around the world. In July of 2017 we expanded to include a full kitchen and strive to offer seasonal, locally sourced goods in approachable, yet reimagined faire. With a strong emphasis on fermentation, curing, and making everything possible from scratch, in house… down to the condiments, pastries and breads. Our menus change seasonally and the special boards change daily.
